Deltoplastis prionaspis Gozmány, 1978: 227; Wu, 1997: 97. TL: Yunnan, China.

Material examined. China: Yunnan Province: 7♂, 3♀, Mt. Weibao, Weishan County, 2200 m, 20–21.VII.2001, coll. Houhun Li & Xinpu Wang; 1♀, Mt. Weibao, Weishan County, 2200 m, 22.VII.2013, Shurong Liu, Yuqi Wang & Kaijian Teng; 2♂, 4♀, Wenfengsi, Lijiang, 2650 m, 18.VII.2001, coll. Houhun Li & Xinpu Wang.

Female genitalia (Fig. 8 b): Abdominal sternite VIII with caudal margin concave in U-shape at middle. Apophyses posteriores about 1.5 times length of apophyses anteriores. Antrum funnel-shaped. Ductus bursae relatively thick, about 1/3 width of corpus bursae; ductus seminalis arising from middle of ductus bursae, slender. Corpus bursae nearly rounded, about same length as ductus bursae; signum rounded, with dense teeth.

Diagnosis. Adult (Figs. 2 a, 3g) with wingspan 14.0– 17.5 mm. This species can be easily distinguished from its congeners by the elongate triangular caudal lobes of the juxta dentate on the outer margin in the male genitalia (Fig. 6 b). It is more similar to D. apostatis (Meyrick, 1932) superficially and in the female genitalia, but can be distinguished by the funnel-shaped antrum and the rounded signum in the female genitalia (Fig. 8 b). In D. apostatis, the antrum is cup-shaped and the signum is diamond-shaped (Fig. 7 a).

Distribution. China (Yunnan).

Note. The female is described for the first time.
