Dimensions. Länge bis [length up to] 55 mm.

Type material. Syntypes 5 (ZMH-A0000652, ZMH-A0003228-3231). INDONESIA: Borneo, Banjarmasin (“ Bendjermasin ”) [ca. 3°20’S, 114°35’E] .

Taxonomic remarks. Kraepelin (1903) did not give the number of specimens in his description and all present specimens are syntypes.
