Brunettia caipira Bravo & Amorim, 1995: 150 –151, figs. 1–18.

Comments. The males of this species can be recognized by the following characteristics: eyes contiguous; Sc and CuA unsclerotized; aedeagus ending before the posterior margin of the post­hypandrial plate; parameres subparallel.

Material examined. Brazil, São Paulo: holotype male, 2 paratype males and 2 males from Ribeirão Preto.

Distribution. Brazil: Ribeirão Preto, Rio de Janeiro.
