Current name: Chromolaena odorata (L.) R.M. King & H. Rob. ( Asteraceae).

Note: Although Moore (in Fawcett & Rendle, Fl. Jamaica 7: 175. 1936) noted the existence of 978.27 (LINN), he did not indicate it as the type.
