Type locality. Iran: Elburs Mts., Kendevan. Holotype: male (NMW).

Distribution. N. Iran: Mazandaran Province, Elbrus Mts. (Fig. 848).
Remarks. Mirzayans (1998: 21) recorded this species from the West and East Azerbaijan provinces of Iran. These records possibly refer to N. znojkoi or N. nanus .
