Type locality. S. Turkey: Bolkar Dağları. Holotype: female (ZIN).

Distribution. Known from S. Turkey: Bolkar Mountains placed between Niğde, Karaman, Mersin and Adana provinces and reaches to Taşeli Peninsula between Anamur and Ermenek in the West and to Kahramanmaraş in the East (Fig. 840).

Remarks. Brunner’s (1882) record from Beyruth belongs to this species. The word “Beyruth” probably comes from Berit. Some plant records were also given as “Beryt=Beirut=Beyrut” in the Flora of Turkey and it was determined that those plants were collected from the Berit Mountain in Kahramanmaraş Province of Turkey (Güner & Ekim, 2014). As geographical distribution of this species, it is possibly more correct rather than Beirut, Lebanon.
