Glyphotmethis holtzi brachypterus Ünal, 2007

Material examined. TURKEY: Konya, Çeltik, Torunlar Köyü, 840 m, 17.6.2002, 17♂ (Holo- and paratypes), 8♀ (Paratypes) (leg. M. Ünal) (AİBÜEM).

Remarks. The paratypes from Günyüzü in the original description (Ünal 2 007a: 9) belong to G. escherich elatior (Ramme, 1951) . This subspecies is easily recognized by the structure of pronotum, the short tegmina and the blue inner side of hind femur and tibia from the other subspecies of G. holtzi and G. escherichi elatior .
