Genus: Eoeotmethis Zheng, 1985

Remarks. Zheng (1985: 79) established the genus Eoeotmethis for its only species Eotmethis longipennis Zheng, 1984 . This monotypic genus was distinguished from Eotmethis Bey-Bienko by the longer male tegmina, reaching to half of hind tibia (tegmina reaching to supra-anal plate in Eotmethis), the male subgenital plate with a depression in the middle and the hind tibia with yellowish-brown basal and apical parts instead of red (Xia Kailing et al. 1994). The female is unknown. I think the only species of this genus, Eoeotmethis longipennis (Zheng, 1984) may a member of Eotmethis Bey-Bienko which should be confirmed.
