Diagnosis. 1) body reddish-brown, except head black, fore and middle legs orange, and hind leg reddish (coxa reddish-brown); 2) fore wing fuscous, veins at proximal half black and apical half light brown, pterostigma yellow; 3) head, in dorsal view, with gena slightly concave behind eyes; 4) face smooth and without a carina; 5) occipital carina upcurved and not reduced dorsally; 6) pronotum with the pocket-like structure not reduced longitudinally; 7) epicnemial carina absent; 8) sternite I with a rounded swelling posteriorly; 9) female with tarsal claw with more or less square lobe, and with apex overtaking the lobe (tarsal claw single in males); 10) female with ovipositor sheath about 1.0 × as long as the hind tibia.
Distribution. Brazil. This is the first record of the species and genus for Argentina (Fig. 7F).
Biological notes. Parasitoid of the araneid Araneus omnicolor (Keyserling, 1893) (Gonzaga & Sobczak 2007) and Araneus orgaos Levi, 1991 (Sobczak et al. 2014).
