WL: 24mm. This is a forest species. The black apical margin on the forewing is more developed than that of similar L. alcesta, and the black subapical spot does not surpass space 3. The species is known along West Africa from Guinea-Bissau to DRC. The caterpillars feed on various species of Capparis (Capparaceae) . Studied material . Cacheu: Caió, 1 specimen (JB).
