Remarks: A very small (1.81 mm), palish Tachyina with a very short recurrent stria, not reaching posterior puncture. Front discal elytral pore on or immediately adjoining stria 3; border of elytra dentate, angulate at shoulder. Elytra with striae 1 and 2 slightly impressed and vaguely crenulate, the rest obsolete though often visible; preapical pore just in front of the apical striole.

Distribution. Iran, Japan, India, Yemen, East Africa (Réunion), Oriental and Australian Region.
