Short redescription. Body (except black head) yellowish brown (Fig. 15); length of body 3.0 mm, of fore wing 3.1 mm; eye in lateral view 1.3 × higher than wide (Fig. 16J); frons flat and smooth; vertex rather convex; OOL:diameter of ocellus:POL= 8:4:5; face 1.2 × wider than high, rather evenly convex, with some long setae and punctures (Fig. 16H); clypeus semicircular and medium-sized, rather flat, with some punctures (Fig. 16H); length of malar space 0.3 × basal width of mandible; first and third teeth of mandible small, middle tooth wide and acute, distinctly longer than lateral teeth and with orthogonal protuberance on its upper margin (Figs 16K–L); notauli wide, long and punctate, almost reaching medio-posterior depression; mesoscutum with sparse setae along notauli and rather long setae on middle lobe (Fig. 16C); medio-posterior depression long and rather narrow; mesoscutum slender and 1.1 × longer than wide; surface of propodeum densely and coarsely reticulate-rugose, areola absent (Fig. 16E); pterostigma elliptical; vein r 0.5 × width of pterostigma; cu-a postfurcal (Fig. 16A); hind coxa rugulose (Fig. 15); setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.05 × as long as fore wing (total 0.08 times), flattened and setose basally and 0.16 × as long as hind tibia (Fig. 16F).
Variation. Body length 3.1–3.4 mm, length of fore wing 3.1–3.2 mm; antenna of ♀ with 31(2) antennomeres; pterostigma of holotype largely yellowish, but our specimens have a more or less brown or dark brown pterostigma (more pronounced in male); pterostigma of male somewhat widened (compared to female), posterior half of metasoma largely blackish, antenna with 30 antennomeres, length of fore wing 2.5 mm, and of body 2.7 mm.
Distribution. China (Guizhou, Hebei, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Zhejiang). These are new records, except for Liaoning.
