Diagnosis. Mandible with four teeth, second tooth of mandible long, triangular, fourth tooth often minute or inconspicuous (Figs 20K–L, 22H, 22K–L, 24H,24K–L, 26K–L); first flagellomere of antenna longer than second flagellomere (Figs 20H, 22G, 24G, 26F); precoxal sulcus absent or nearly so, at most shallowly impressed and with some micro-sculpture (Figs 20D, 22D, 24C, 26C); shape of pterostigma variable; vein CU1b of fore wing absent, resulting in an apico-posteriorly open first subdiscal cell; vein m-cu of fore wing postfurcal (Figs 20A–B, 22A–B, 24A, 26A–B).
