Egyptian localities. Coastal Strip: Alexandria, Dekheila, Mariout. Eastern Desert: Ghoubbet El-Bous. Fayoum: Siala. Lower Nile Valley and Delta: Very common throughout Lower Egypt and Delta . Host plants. Marsh fleabane ( Pluchea dioscoridis (L.) DC.).
