Remark

The potential presence of this species in Brazil Amapá in Coelho & Koening (1972) is probably based on the wide WA distribution of this species, as reported by Manning (1969), being from South Carolina to Brazil (Santa Catarina), with mention that it is a common species in littoral mudflats.
