Genus Khorata Huber, 2005
Khorata Huber 2005: 79 . Type species Khorata khammouan Huber, 2005, by original designation.
Diagnosis. This genus resembles Spermophora, but can be distinguished by the presence of a shallow thoracic furrow, by the presence of a pair of sclerotized proximo-lateral apophyses and a pair of sclerotized distal apophyses on the male chelicerae (Figs 21, 28), by the presence of a retrolateral apophysis on the male pedipalpal femur (Figs 18, 27), by the relatively small male pedipalpal tibia (Figs 17–18, 26–27), by the absence of other bulbal apophyses except for the embolus (Figs 18, 27), and by the absence of posterior pockets on the female opisthosoma (Huber 2005b).
