Diagnosis. Head and mesosoma purple, with moderately long setae (Figs 105, 106, 108, 109).
No other species in this group is similar to O. kulli .
Description. Female. Length 2.8–2.9 mm.
Color: Head and mesosoma purple dorsally, becoming blue-green laterally. Pedicel yellowish brown; anellus yellowish brown; flagellum brown. Coxae brown with purple luster; legs beyond coxae yellow. Fore wing hyaline; venation yellowish to reddish brown. Petiole dark green; gaster brown with purple luster.
Head: Head width:head height 1.1–1.2; weakly rugulose to nearly smooth ventrally, becoming areolate dorsally; longitudinal groove between eye and torulus absent; eyes bare, inter-ocular distance:eye height 1.4; malar space:eye height 0.6; supraclypeal area longer than broad, smooth; clypeus smooth. Flagellum length:head height 1.4; F2 1.8–1.9× as long as broad, 1.2–1.3× as long as F3; following funiculars subequal in width, progressively shorter.
Mesosoma: Mesosoma length:height 1.3–1.4. Mesoscutal midlobe areolate with transverse carinae, with moderately long setae; lateral lobe areolate. Axilla areolate; mesoscutellar disc areolate; frenal line regularly foveate; frenum areolate; axillular groove anteriorly narrow, broad and foveate posteriorly; axillula areolate. Propodeum areolate, with irregular median carina; propodeal disc areolate; callus areolate-reticulate, with several long setae. Mesepisternum areolate-reticulate laterally, smooth ventrally, broadly rounded anterior to mid coxa. Upper mesepimeron weakly reticulate to smooth; lower mesepimeron; transepimeral sulcus distinct. Metepisternum laterally areolate-reticulate to reticulate. Hind coxa 2.3–2.6× as long as broad; hind femur 6.1–6.2× as long as broad. 2.5–2.6× as long as broad, 2.5–2.9× as long as mesothorax; stigma with 4 sensilla separated into pairs. Hind wing costal cell entirely setose.
Metasoma: Petiole 3.8–3.9× as long as broad, 1.3–1.4× as long as hind coxa, areolate-reticulate, anterior carina strong. Antecostal sulcus crossed by carinae; acrosternite posteriorly angulate.
Male. Length 2.9–3.0 mm. Head width:head height 1.2; scape yellow; flagellum length:head height 1.5, F2 1.8–1.9× as long as broad. Fore and mid femora yellow, hind femur with brownish area, all tibiae yellow. Petiole 6.3–7.9× as long as broad, petiole length:hind coxa length 2.0.
