Clematoscenea Enderlein1907: 115 . Type species: Psocus lemniscatus Enderlein 1903 .

Clematoscenea is particularly diverse in New Guinea and not common in western Indonesia. It was not represented amongst the 71 species of Psocidae reported from Java and the eastern islands (Endang et al. 2002).
