Phloeotribus caucasicus (Reitter, 1891)

Distribution in Iran. Guilan (Amini et al. 2013).

General distribution. Central and Southern Europe, Cyprus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkey. Biology. Recorded in Iran from Olea sp. ( Oleaceae) (Amini et al. 2013). Stark (1952) and Kadyrov (1989) note that the species also attacks Fraxinus spp . ( Oleaceae) and give details of the biology and gallery system.
