Homoneura (Minettioides) fumipennis Malloch

Homoneura (Minettioides) fumipennis Malloch, 1927b: 169 . Type locality: Kankau, Formosa (China: Taiwan). Malloch, 1929: 66.

Diagnosis. Face (Fig. 8) grayish. Parafacial with black margin. Arista short plumose, with longest setulae about 1/ 3 height of 1st flagellomere. A pale brown spot present between eye and base of antenna. Mesonotum (Fig. 10) with a pair of pale brown median stripes and a grayish pruinose area present between two brown stripes; 1 ia, weak but distinctly longer than its surrounding setulae. Scutellum with a pair of brown median stripes. Wing (Fig. 9) pale brown, fading gradually from costa to hind margin; subcostal cell brown; a dark brown spot on r-m. Abdomen (Fig. 11) dark yellow, tergites 4–6 each with a narrow pale brown median stripe, its color and width gradually stronger distally. Male genitalia: not dissected.

Type material. Holotype 3 (SDEI), CHINA: Formosa (Taiwan Island): Kankau (Hengchun Town: Koshun), VII. 1912, H. Sauter [22°00΄0 2ʺN 120°44΄59ʺE].
