Additional material examined. PHILIPPINES: LUZON: Palawan: 1♂, Narra, Trident Mining, 04-x-1985, V. Samarita (NMM); VISAYAS: Samar: 1♂, 22-23-v-2013, (ER-PC) .

Distribution. Moser (1905) described this species from Palawan Island (Western Philippines), later, Itoh (1993) added records from Luzon, Mindoro, Palawan, Negros, Leyte, Romblon and Sibuyan Islands. Specimen from Sa- mar Island (Eastern Visayas) represents a new faunistic record for this island.
