Material examined. Total of 38 specimens collected from C. equisetifolia, N. oleander, Hibiscus sp. at Caleta de Fuste (13.II.2017, 30.III.2017) and Costa Calma (30.IX.2016, 08.II.2017, 11.II.2017, 22.III.2017, 09.VIII.2017).

Distribution. The species known from Madeira (Wollaston 1857) and western islands of the Canarian archipelago: El Hierro, Tenerife, La Gomera and La Palma (Eizaguirre 2007; Oromí & Báez 2010). Not previously reported from Fuerteventura.
