Material examined. Total of 21 specimens were collected from A. salicina, O. europaea, Tamarix sp., P. granatum and N. oleander . The species was recorded at 6 study sites: La Pared (30.IX.2016, 04.VIII.2017), Lajares (10.02.2017), Matas Blancas (23.III.2017), Morro Jable (24.III.2017), Pajara (12.VIII.2017) and Tarajalejo (24. III.2017).

Distribution. Reported from southern Europe and northern Africa (Kovář 2007), including three Canary Is- lands: Tenerife, Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura (Eizaguirre 2007; Oromí & Báez 2010).
