Current name: Helianthus angustifolia L. ( Asteraceae).

Note: As noted by Reveal, Fernald (in Rhodora 49: 190, pl. 1084, f. 1. 1947) treated Clayton 667 as the type of Helianthus angustifolius L. (1753), a name for which it is not original material.
