Holotype: AMNH 23193.

Type locality: “ Vegas Falls, Mte. Duida, Amazonas, Venezuela, 4,600 ft. ”

Distribution: Region 5. Endemic to Duida and Huachamakari, tepuis in Estado Amazonas.
