Holotype: ULABG 1160.

Type locality: “ Paseo Los Ilustres, Quebrada Los Cedros, 840 m elevation, 9°21’46.0’’N, 70°26’41.8’’W, Trujillo, Estado Trujillo, Venezuela.”

Distribution: Region 1. Currently known only from type locality and nearby.
