Rhaebo glaberrimus (Günther 1869)

Holotype: BM 1947.2.20. 56. (formerly 68.3.4.9).

Type locality: “Bogota” (Bogotá), Cundinamarca, Colombia (in error: Mueses-Cisneros et al. (2012) regard Bogotá as the origin of shipment, not the locality where the type specimen was collected) .

Distribution: Regions 1, 4. Amazonian piedmont of the Cordillera Oriental in Colombia, and southeastern versant of the Venezuelan Andes. In Venezuela, known from a single locality in the Doradas River Basin, Táchira State (Chacón et al. 2000).
