Phyllomedusa vaillanti Boulenger, 1882

Holotype: BM 1947.2.22. 34.

Type locality: “Santarem, Brasil.”

Distribution: Region 4. Amazon Basin (Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela) and Guianas (Guyana, Suriname, and French Guiana). In Venezuela, only reported from one locality (base of Cerro La Neblina) in extreme southern Amazonas State.

Remarks: Unassigned to any species group.
