Subfamily Leiuperinae Bonaparte, 1850

Remarks: Grant et al. (2006) placed several genera into family Leiuperidae, from a Leptodactylidae sensu lato. Pyron and Wiens (2011) ranked the taxon as a subfamily, which is supported by Faivovich et al. (2012).
