Hypoganus Kiesenwetter, 1858 .

This genus includes species formerly placed in Ctenicera . The specimens of “ Ctenicera sp. nr. rotundicollis (Say)” in Seibert (1993) were re-examined by both authors and determined to be Hypoganus diversicolor (Eschscholtz), a forest species most likely to be collected by Lindgren funnel trap. This genus awaits revision.
