Distribution in South America: polyp—Pacific Ocean, Chile, at 41.77°S 73.76°W in Chacao Channel (Leloup 1974 p. 12–13).

Habitat: polyp—at 40m depth, on Symplectoscyphus ? pygmaeus (Leloup 1974 p. 12–13).
