Current name: Umbilicaria proboscidea (L.) Schrad. (Umbiliculariaceae).
Note: See discussion by Jørgensen & al. (in Bot. J. Linn. Soc. 115: 340-341, 379, f. 48. 1994), who conclude that the holotype is 1273.204 (LINN), a collection belonging to Umbilicaria cylindrica (L.) Delise ex Duby. They successfully proposed the name for conservation with a conserved type.
