Description of Ramlibacter henchirensis BT 69
Cells are Gram-staining-negative, non-flagellated, and rod shaped. Colonies are circular, smooth, and white colored after 3 days of incubation at 25℃ on R2A. Positive for gelatinase activity. Negative for nitrate reduction, indole production, glucose fermentation, esculin hydrolysis, and arginine dihydrolase, urease, and β -galactosidase activities. Does not utilize D- glucose, L- arabinose, D- mannose, D- mannitol, N -acetylglucosamine, D- maltose, potassium gluconate, capric acid, adipic acid, malic acid, trisodium citrate, and phenylacetic acid. Strain BT69 (= NIBRBAC000502987) was isolated from a soil sample, Pyeongchang, Korea.
