Russell during 14–28 June 2014. Distribution and habitat. New Ireland: 1, 2.—General distribution: Malaysia and Indonesia east to New Guinea and Solomon Islands, south to Queensland (Australia). Found in coral-rich coastal reefs and lagoons, 6–70 m depth. Marine.
