Australian host. Bivalve molluscs, Mytilidae . Modiolus sp. (Griffin & Campbell 1969).

Distribution. Singapore, Philippines, China and Australia (Schmitt et al. 1973, Davie, 2002). The Australian range includes Moreton Bay, Queensland, and Shark Bay, Western Australia (Jones 1990).
