Glandulotiron quadrioculatus (Dang & Le, 2012) comb. nov.

Type material (all Vũng Tàu, 05–2008, Vietnam): Holotype, ♂, IEBR / CA H0072 . Paratypes, 14 specimens, IEBR / CA P0072 .

Male: Dorsoanterior margin of head curving evenly to rostrum, without forming extended front. Lateral cephalic lobe round [similar to the present descriptions as truncate with subequal upper and lower angles]. Rostrum jointing obliquely anteroventrally. Eyes not presented [but clearly shown in fig. 72], accessory eyes composed by 4 ommatidia. Antennae 1 with 2 nd and 3 rd articles equal in length. Flagellum 10-articulated [8 in fig.73], accessory flagellum 4-articulated. Antennae 2 with 4 th peduncular article 2 times as long as 5 th, flagellum 9-articulated. Mandibule palp with elongate 2 nd joint. Gnathopod 1 and 2 (male) similar in structure, with 5 th article slender, 2 times as long as 6 th article. 6 th article cylindrical, lateral inferior margin, as in 5 th article, with rows of long setae. Claw like dactylus elongate. Pereopods 3-7 with short, cylindrical 4-6 articles laterally armed with rows of spines and rudimentary distal dactylus [stubby]. Uropods 1 and 2 with rami shorter than peduncle. Uropod 3 with rami longer than peduncle, outer ramus biarticulate, inner ramus with dense setose lateral margin. Telson with 2 slender lobes, slightly distally separated. Pleomit dorsal margin serrated. Urosomit 1, 2 with strong teeth in posterodorsal margin [long dorsal setae indicated in fig. 81].
Size. ♂, 4 mm.
