Specimens examined. 3 ♂, Asir, Abha, Hay Al-Nusub ( Abha Farm Centre), 1–25. v. 2013, Malaise trap. H.A. Dawah (CERS) .

Distribution. This is the first record from Saudi Arabia and Arabian Peninsula. This species was described from South Italy and Sicily (“Süditalien und Sicilien ”) and further recorded from the Palaearctic Region: Afghanistan, Canary Island, Iran, Jordan, North Africa, Tadzhikistan, Turkey, Turmenistan, Uzbekistan, Europe and North Africa.
