Taraxacum aequilobiforme van Soest (1959: 125)

Doll (1978: 642):—Listed from Bulgaria without locality specification.

Herbarium voucher specimen:—There is a single herbarium sheet under the name T. aequilobiforme in the Doll’s Bulgarian collection, with seven leaf rosettes (outer phyllaries, florets and achenes relatively acceptably developed and preserved).

Interpretation:—The plants belong to the group of Taraxacum pirinicum, described below, but are not identical with the latter species. Taraxacum aequilobiforme can be struck out from the checklist of the Bulgarian flora with certainty.
