Type indication:— In Pyrenaeis orientalibus, vallée d’Eynes, circa hospitium Nouri copiosissime.
Type:—[ FRANCE, Pyrénées-Orientales, Eynes] Vallée d’Eynes, 4 Aug 1858, [G. F.] Reuter (G, no. det. 18300, holotype, see Sahlin 1984) .
Note:—The name was also ascribed to Timbal-Lagrave (1868, see Sahlin 1984). The correct citation, in accordance with Flora Ibérica (Galán de Mera 2017) is given above. Timbal-Lagrave (1868) only repeated Reuter’s diagnosis unchanged.
Note:—Descriptions of T. pyrenaicum subsp. pyrenaicum were published by Sahlin (1984: 11; 1984a: 113, as T. andorriense) and Galán de Mera (2017: 1012, as T. andorriense, and 1023). The reference herbarium material was issued by us as Taraxaca Exs., no. 966–978.
