Diagnosis. Ariadna changellkuk is similar to A. crassipalpa, A. mollis, A. boesenbergi, A. calilegua, A. levii and A. perkinsi due to the dark abdominal pattern with arrow-shaped marks (Figs 1A‒C, 18A, F, 20A, F, 22A, F, 31A, E, 45A, F, 47A, F, 50A, F), but differ by presenting the cephalothorax and abdomen conspicuosly elongated, legs short relatively to its body size (Fig. 47), and femur I‒II with ventral macrosetae (Fig. 47D, inset).

Description. Male (Renca—AMNH). Carapace and chelicerae brownish orange (Fig. 47A). Endites brownish yellow; labium dark brownish yellow. Sternum brownish orange with darker margins, and marbled with dark pigment (Fig. 47B). Palps orange (Fig. 48A‒B). Legs orange, with pairs I‒II darker (Fig. 47C‒E). Abdomen light grey, with a dark dorsal pattern comprising arrow-shaped marks, and ventral region dark (Fig. 47A‒B). Total length 5.52; carapace 2.96 long, 1.52 wide. Carapace elongated (Fig. 47A), with the cephalic region depressed, in lateral view. Palps: tibia incrassated, with the dorso-ventral diameter longer than the bulb; bulb sub-rectangular, midportion shorter than the embolus; embolus thickened, with a tubular, slightly twisted tip; cymbium with a dorsal chemosensory patch (Fig. 48A‒B). Legs: robust and coated with setae (Fig. 47C‒E); tarsal brush of putative chemosensory setae present in legs I‒III, but reduced. Leg formula: I-II-IV-III. Leg measurements: I, femur 2.08, patella 0.88, tibia 1.92, metatarsus 2.08, tarsus 0.6, total 7.56; II, 2.0, 0.84, 2.08, 1.88, 0.56, 7.36; III, 1.52, 0.6, 1.2, 1.16, 0.44, 4.92; IV, 1.6, 0.84, 1.52, 1.2, 0.44, 5.6. Female (Paratype). See Figs 47F‒I, 48C‒D and Grismado (2008: 341, figs 3C‒H, 4E‒H. 11B). Macrosetae: IV, metatarsus vp0-0-1-0-1/0-0-1, metatarsal comb with 4 macrosetae. Internal genitalia: anterior receptaculum with lobes similar in size, with the ventral lobe slightly projected in the proximal region and glandular ducts plate located in the median region (Fig. 48C‒D).

Variation. Male (n=3): Total length: 4.96‒5.52; carapace 2.84‒3.16 long, 1.48‒1.64 wide; femur I 2.08‒2.52.

Distribution. Center of Chile (Fig. 69).
