Holotype: UMMZ 89926 (Kluge 1984:83; photographed in the original description, Pl. 41); paratypes (42 according to Webb 1962:517, but apparently only 40), ANSP 16717 (photographed in the original description, Pl. 41not listed by Malnate 1971:353–354); TU 10143-45, 10147-65 (though 10155 listed twice by Webb 1962:517; TU 10160 photographed in the original description, Pl. 42), 10176, 10833; UMMZ 89915-25, 89927 (although 89926 listed as both holotype and paratype by Webb 1962:517) and 92752 (Kluge 1984:83); and USNM 78515-16 (Reynolds et al. 2007:35).
