Riseveinus baoshanensis sp. nov.

Measurements: Body length (including tegmen): 3, 7.5–8.0 mm; Ƥ, 8.5–9.0 mm. Vertex (Figs 1, 2) slightly shorter than pronotum and scutellum together.
Pygofer (Fig. 7) longer than height, conically produced caudally, with some setae near end. Subgenital plate (Figs 7, 11) elongate, with two rows of macrosetae. Apical process of style with equally produced mesal and lateral angles (Figs 8–10). Aedeagus (Figs 8, 9) with stout bilobed dorsal apodeme, shaft with paired lateral acerose processes, unpaired curved ventral process slender, shorter than shaft; shaft curved, broadened near apex and tapered to apex, gonopore apical. Other male genitalia characteristics as in Figs 7–11.
Female slightly longer than male; vertex (Figs 3, 4) slightly longer than pronotum and scutellum together; sternite VII with a median carina and distinctly extended posteriorly in midline (Figs 6, 12); ovipositor exceeding apex of pygofer (Figs 6, 12).
Type material. Holotype 3, CHINA: Yunnan Prov., Baoshan, Baihualing, 1600–1800m, 13~ 15 June 2011, coll. Zhang Bin. Paratypes: 13, same data as holotype, coll. Li Yujian; 131Ƥ, same data as holotype, coll. Yang Zaihua; 2ƤƤ, same data as holotype.
Etymology. The species name is derived from the type locality.
Remarks. Outwardly this species resembles Riseveinus asymmetricus Zhang, Zhang & Wei, but it can be distinguished from the latter by the dorsal apodeme of aedeagus bearing a pair of acerose processes and ventral processes shorter than aedeagal shaft (Figs 8–9).
