Material examined. China: Yunnan: 1♀, Yingjiang, Taiping, Xueli County, 24°39'54''N, 97°50'53''E, 800–1200 m, 4.VII.2021, Shao-Fu Chen leg. (SHNU).

Remarks. The specimen is externally indistinguishable from A. semiaeneus (Cameron, 1921), which is known only from the Chin Hills, Myanmar. A male specimen from the Chinese locality is needed to confirm its identity.
