Distribution in India: Meghalaya (Cherrapunji, Khasis), West Bengal (Kolkata) (Fletcher 1925); northern and North East India (Zolotuhin & Pinratana 2005). Global records: Southern and south-eastern China, northern Thailand and northern Vietnam (Zolotuhin & Witt 2000a).
