TD: holotype, male, NHMUK.

Distribution in India: Assam (Jaintia Hills), northern India (Hauenstein et al. 2011), Meghalaya (Joshi et al. 2021a). Global records: Bhutan (Hauenstein et al. 2011).

Remark: Euthrix fossa mariae Zolotuhin, 2001 is from northern Thailand and Laos.
