Distribution in India: Sikkim, West Bengal (Darjeeling) (Hampson 1892); North East Himalaya (Holloway 1987), Central Himalaya (Sanyal et al. 2018). Global records: Nepal, Bhutan (Zolotuhin 2000).

Remark: Hauenstein et al. (2011) erroneously mentioned holotype as female.
