Genus Pitho Bell, 1835

Type species. Pitho sexdentata Bell, 1835 [Type locality: Galapagos Islands].

Remarks. The genus Pitho, long placed in Tychinae (Epialtidae), is currently accepted in Mithracidae (Windsor & Felder 2014; Santana et al. 2016).
