LITERATURE RECORDS: Giangrande & Montanaro 1999; Castelli et al. 2008. REMARKS: Alien species with a Red Sea origin (Lessepsian migrant) (Zenetos et al. 2010). The finding of Giangrande & Montanaro (1999) in the SA is the only report of this species in the Mediterranean.
