LITERATURE RECORDS: Amoureux 1983d; Zavodnik et al. 1985; Požar-Domac 1994; Castelli et al. 2008. REMARKS: Alien species recorded for the first time in the Mediterranean in the NA (Amoureux 1983d; Occhipinti- Ambrogi et al. 2011). The type locality is the Atlantic coast of South America (Rullier & Amoureux 1979).
