NEW RECORDS: Velebitski Canal (east off Krk Island; 45°11'24''N, 14°45'36''E; NA), 15 m deep, in 1965 during the Argonaut Expedition (H. Zibrowius, pers. comm.); Lavdara Island (Kornati Archipelago; CA), 12 m and 20 m deep, in 1974 (H. Zibrowius, pers. comm.); Sveti Andrija Island, off Dubrovnik (SA), 48 m deep, in 1974 (H. Zibrowius, pers. comm.); near Bari (SA) in an underwater cave 10 m deep, in 1968 (H. Zibrowius, pers. comm.).

DISTRIBUTION: CA, SA.
LITERATURE RECORDS: Castelli et al. 2008; Radić 2009.
REMARKS: Radić (2009) reported the species along the Fulija Island (near Iž Island; CA) and in the Strižnja bay at Big Kornati Island (CA). Reported also for the SA in the polychaete checklist of the Italian seas (Castelli et al. 2008); however, more precise data on collecting sites not available.
